What does Bergamote 22 smell like?
Released in 2006 among Le Labo’s first creations, Bergamote 22 tackles a classic perfumery challenge: making a citrus note, fleeting by nature, last. The opening is frank and luminous, with bergamot, bitter petitgrain and grapefruit in an almost zesty freshness. In the heart, nutmeg brings spiced warmth while orange blossom adds a soft floral touch. Musk, vetiver, cedar and amber in the base give it rare longevity for a citrus, with a woody, lightly ambery trace. The result smells of clean skin and fresh peel, like a citrus that has put down roots.
When to wear it
Ideal in spring and summer, at the office or during the day. It suits lovers of refined, long-lasting citrus.
