What does Royal Oud smell like?
Royal Oud, launched by Creed in 2011, offers a Western, refined reading of oud, far from animalic or smoky versions. Lemon, pink pepper and bergamot open with a spicy freshness. The heart is woody and green: dry cedar, bitter galbanum and earthy, slightly musky angelica root give it distinctive aromatic relief. Creamy sandalwood, discreet oud and musk come together in the base with a smooth, elegant texture. It avoids excess and plays sophistication, with a fresh, polished woodiness that makes oud approachable.
