What does Silver Mountain Water smell like?
Silver Mountain Water appeared in 1995 and, according to the house, draws on snow-capped Alpine peaks. Bergamot, mandarin and neroli open in a limpid, very bright freshness. The heart is its most distinctive part: a slightly tannic green tea, a tart, almost metallic blackcurrant and galbanum’s green bitterness, like a snapped stem. The base of musk and sandalwood, lifted by petitgrain, stays clean and airy, a white softness that recalls snow more than wood. This citrus aromatic trades power for clarity, with a cool, glittering texture. On skin it wears close and cool, never sweet, even in the drydown.
