What does Moncler pour Femme smell like?
Moncler moved into fragrance in October 2021 with two scents developed with Interparfums. Pour Femme is one of them, sold first as a Bloomingdale's exclusive in the US. Retailers credit Givaudan's Nisrine Grillié and Quentin Bisch. The bottle is refillable. Bergamot opens briefly. It quickly yields to a powdery snow accord, dry and a bit talc-like, which sets the tone for everything after. Heliotrope runs the heart with its almond and modelling clay smell. Jasmine sambac keeps it company without taking over. The base relies on an accord called Mountain Woods, built on cedar and sandalwood, plus a fairly sweet vanilla. The result is soft and cosy. Next to La Vie est Belle, Moncler pour Femme is less gourmand and more powdery. That snow idea keeps a certain coolness in the mix.
When to wear it
A wool sweater scent for winter, at the office or on weekends. Three sprays last the whole day.
