Our take
What does Lady Million Privé smell like?
In summer 2016 Paco Rabanne released Lady Million Privé alongside 1 Million Privé. Anne Flipo, who had already composed Lady Million, reworked her creation and pushed it toward amber. Orange blossom opens it, backed by a woody note that holds off the sugar for a while. The heart turns on three notes: a powdery heliotrope that smells of almond, a sunny vanilla and a touch of raspberry. The base is the best part. Cocoa, honey and patchouli make a warm and almost chocolatey mass. The honey adds a slightly animal edge. Lady Million is brighter and fruitier with its citrus top. Privé is denser and built for night. Mugler's Angel is the closer reference for its patchouli and gourmand mix, though Privé is far less extreme. Projection is generous and longevity is solid.
When to wear it
An evening scent for autumn and winter. One spray on the neck is enough, two at most.
It belongs to the Floral, Oriental / Amber family. Lady Million Privé is one of 35 creations by Paco Rabanne in our encyclopedia.
