Our take
What does Sì Fiori smell like?
Sì Fiori arrived in 2019 as part of the Sì line, the fruity chypre Giorgio Armani launched in 2013. Julie Massé built it around neroli. The opening keeps the black currant that defines Sì, paired with a tarter green mandarin. Neroli comes next, bright and a little soapy, with rose beside it. Patchouli and oakmoss hold the chypre frame, but gently. You will not smell a forest floor. The vanilla and white musk base ties it to the rest of the family. The result is more floral and more springlike than Sì, and less jammy too. If you found the original too sweet, this is a welcome alternative. Sì Passione, another take in the line, is fruitier and louder. Fiori is the most polite of the three. It may also be the best.
When to wear it
A spring scent for daytime and first dates. Two sprays on the wrists and neck are enough.
It belongs to the Floral, Chypre family. Sì Fiori is one of 46 creations by Giorgio Armani in our encyclopedia.
