The base rests on cedar, musk and amber. Nothing heavy or sugary, just warm clean skin. Narciso Rodriguez For Her is a better-known musk. 1981 feels woodier and lighter by comparison. On skin it stays close to the body and lasts a good half day. Its quality comes as a surprise at this price.
