What does Girl of Now Forever smell like?
A year after Girl of Now, Elie Saab followed up in 2019 with Girl of Now Forever. Dominique Ropion composed this eau de parfum. The opening is pink and tangy, with juicy raspberry and lemon zest. The heart brings back the almond that defines the line and pairs it with blackcurrant. Orange blossom and rose add a fairly discreet floral note. The base is cosier. Vanilla and cashmeran give a muffled softness that feels almost like cotton. Patchouli adds a bit of earth and musk carries everything forward. Lancôme's La Vie est Belle comes to mind for its blackcurrant and patchouli pairing. Girl of Now Forever is less praline and more fruity. It sits among the well-behaved gourmands, nicely done but rarely surprising. Longevity is good and covers a working day. The almond is the most likeable note.

For daytime or a date, from spring to winter. Two sprays on the neck and wrists.
