What does Narciso Eau de Parfum Cristal smell like?
Narciso Rodriguez launched Narciso Eau de Parfum Cristal in spring 2022 as a brighter take on the 2014 Narciso. Nathalie Gracia-Cetto composed it. The house highlighted an upcycled rose and more than 85% natural-origin ingredients. Freesia, orange blossom and bergamot open it. It smells crisp and polite, like a freshly ironed white shirt. The heart carries the Narciso trademark: a dense musk surrounded by rose, jasmine and white flowers. That musk has defined the brand since For Her. The base layers cashmeran, clean cedar, a little amber and benzoin. Cashmeran gives the soft-wool feel that clings to skin. It is the part that stays on a scarf the next morning. The original Narciso is powderier, with gardenia and vetiver. Cristal is clearer and more see-through. Even so, it lasts reasonably well for such a light floral.
When to wear it
An office and daytime scent for every season except deep winter. Two sprays at the base of the neck.
