The opening pairs musk directly with orange blossom, so you get clean, faintly floral skin. That doesn’t last. The heart tips into something darker, with dry oud, patchouli and supple leather. You leave the clean laundry zone behind. The base is the most generous part. Amber, vanilla and incense form a resinous halo that clings to clothes for a long time. Next to the For Her eau de parfum, all rose and powdery musk, Amber Musc is warmer and thicker. It still keeps the soft skin feel the brand is known for. It is one of the most sensual entries in the line.
When to wear it
An evening scent for winter, worn close to the body. One or two sprays will do, as the incense and amber last all night.
