What does Dance with Repetto Floral smell like?
Repetto introduced Floral Dance with Repetto in spring 2019, a year after the first Dance with Repetto. The bottle keeps its tutu drape, now in frosted pink. The perfumer was not named. The opening is tart. Lemon and black currant give a red-fruit spark without much sugar. The heart quickly settles around pink peony. It is fresh and slightly watery, and magnolia petals bring a creamy softness. This is the part you smell most. The base stays light. Blonde woods and white musk leave a clean trace on skin, close to fresh laundry. The original Dance with Repetto was more gourmand with its raspberry and patchouli, and this Floral version is crisper and younger. Its peony mood recalls Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet in a simpler form. The musk lasts longer than you would expect from an eau de toilette.
When to wear it
A spring eau de toilette for daytime and weekends. Reapply once in late afternoon.
