What does Boss The Scent Intense for Her smell like?
Hugo Boss pushed The Scent for Her toward warmth in 2017 with this Intense eau de parfum. The perfumer is not clearly identified in the sources we checked. It opens on a peach soaked in honey, round and a bit sticky. That peach runs the first hour. Little by little the scent turns creamier. Cocoa and vanilla rise until the whole thing feels like warm milk chocolate. Osmanthus, a flower that smells of apricot and soft leather, hangs back. It resurfaces late in the day alongside the honey and makes the trail more floral than the opening. The freesia some retailers list is hard to spot. Next to the 2016 The Scent for Her, this version is denser and sweeter. The structure is simple, nearly linear. Expect around seven hours on skin.
When to wear it
Keep it for autumn and winter evenings, sprayed on a turtleneck. Two sprays, or the honey gets cloying.
