What does Amor Amor Electric Kiss smell like?
Cacharel launched Amor Amor Electric Kiss in 2019. Fanny Bal and Dominique Ropion, two perfumers used to big commercial hits, signed the formula together. The name promises a spark and the opening delivers. Rhubarb comes in raw and sour, with the green bite of a freshly snapped stalk. Pink pepper sharpens it further. The heart softens the jolt. A sunny rose and jasmine sambac bring a classic femininity that feels almost demure after that start. The base follows the modern chypre recipe: clean patchouli and woody Amberwood, no oakmoss. Compared with the 2003 Amor Amor, which is sweeter and heavy on blackcurrant, Electric Kiss is tarter and drier. Nina Ricci's Les Sorbets de Bella later played with rhubarb too, in a lighter register. Longevity is decent for an eau de toilette.

A spring scent for daytime and first dates. Two sprays on the nape and one on a wrist.
