What does Yes I Am Delicious smell like?
Cacharel added Yes I Am Delicious to its Yes I Am line in 2022. Honorine Blanc and Alexis Grugeon composed it as an eau de parfum. Cacao leads from the first spray. It smells more like the raw pod than a candy bar, with toasted hazelnut and a cardamom that cools everything down. Green mandarin adds a little sourness. In the heart, orange blossom takes its place beside jasmine. Together they recall chocolate-dipped candied orange peel from a confectioner's window. The base stays on dark chocolate, softened by creamy sandalwood. It never gets very bitter, though. Sugar wins in the end. Compared with the original Yes I Am from 2018, which centers on raspberry, Delicious is darker and openly gourmand. It is also the most wintry of the line. The cardamom keeps it from turning into plain cake, and that detail makes it wearable during the day.
When to wear it
A winter gourmand for weekends or a date. Two sprays are plenty because the chocolate fills the room quickly.
